Meet the Coach

Love Thyself Nutrition and Wellness is led by Sarah Cain, a dedicated registered holistic nutritionist passionate about helping individuals achieve their health goals to feel their best and live life to the fullest.

 

Sarah was diagnosed with PCOS at 13 years old. When she turned 18 she found the benefits of fueling her body with real food and a lifestyle that supported her body. It's been a 20+ year journey of learning how to love her body and work with it. Now she's ready to help others do the same!

 

With a focus on working with individuals to create their personalized nutrition plans and offering guidance on healthy lifestyle choices, Sarah is committed to supporting you on your wellness journey.

My areas of expertise include nutritional counselling, personalized meal planning and lifestyle changes with a focus on building a positive relationship with your body. I aim to address specific health concerns, promote sustainable lifestyle changes, and empower you to take control of your nutrition and wellness. I love to use a whole body approach, not just a number on the scale to set goals and markers to address wellness as you go through this journey.

Nutritional Counseling

Personalized guidance and advice on making food choices that help you feel your best.

Whether you've been recently diagnosed, have long standing health concerns or are simply looking to transition certain foods out of your diet, nutrition counseling sessions aim to educate and empower you to develop a positive relationship with food and achieve your wellness goals.

Food Sensitivities

Have you recently been diagnosed with or noticing certain food sensitivities in your body? I'm here to help! I have extensive knowledge helping adults and children with multiple food sensitivities. I can help with meal planning, where and what to buy as well as working to repair the gut now that the problem foods are removed.

 

Food doesn't have to be boring and discovering your food sensitivities can be one of the most empowering things you can do.  Let's work together to make this new journey fun!

Cooking Lessons

Are you looking for more knowledge to prepare more nutritious foods? Are you wanting to try meal prepping but don't know where to start? Do you have tweens or teens and would love to connect while cooking a meal together? I come to your house, with the ingredients to prep and prepare amazing meals, together!

My services include Nutrition Consultations, Food Sensitivity Support and Cooking Classes, to help you every step of the way are you navigate the world of nutrition!

Nutrition Consultation

A nutrition consultation includes a 1 hour session to discuss your health and nutritional history. We make a plan of what you want to concentrate on for your current health journey and discuss ways to support your body in that. I then follow up with a meal plan and notes with lifestyle and supplement suggestions for moving forward towards your goals.

Food Sensitivity Support

This is a 1 hour session to discuss current food sensitivities and help give you knowledge of how to structure meals around the foods you can eat. I will help advise you on replacement foods, ideas for different kinds of meals, where to buy alternatives and more! We will also discuss supporting your digestive system to support repair. After our 1 hour session I will send you notes with replacement ideas, recipes and supplement suggestions to support your journey moving forward!

Cooking Classes

Are you wanting to learn more about cooking new foods and are ready for hands on experience? This is a great opportunity to learn some new skills and have fun while doing it! You can decide what to cook, or have a general idea and leave the rest up to me. I have a semester of culinary arts plus 25+years of extensive home cooking under my belt. I love to past on knowledge and help folks grow confidence while having fun in the kitchen! It's also a great way to build connection and new, healthy habits with your kids help.
